“Excellent service from start to finish. I was sceptical at first as I have a very high prescription but the staff at the very Manchester shop were so helpful. Really pleased with the frames, lenses and overall service at a great price. Many thanks.”

“I purchased my glasses from IOLLA near West End of Glasgow (Finnieston Shop) whilst on holiday from Western Australia, IOLLA was recommended by my daughter (Morgan) who had purchased hers from this store. I was not disappointed when I went into the shop in Finnieston Argyle St, Glasgow. I wanted something different and the staff were very helpful and explained they would even be able to ship it to Australia, all I had to do was provide my prescription. I purchased ‘Marshall Sun’ design in a Deep Crystal Blue, multifocal lens. They arrived in 3 weeks from date of purchase in great packaging with a welcome note written on the inside of the packaging and included a funky glasses case. They are better than when I tried them on in the store, the frames are sturdy, excellent material and the fit is perfect (measurements taken whilst in store) and to top it off these glasses are an excellent price and quality compared with other designer glasses I have purchased previously. IOLLA, I will be purchasing from you again! Thanks IOLLA, Clive”

“Wow wow wow !!! Cannot praise Iolla enough !!! Honestly they have the most amazing range of beautiful glasses I have saw anywhere. Please I urge you to pop in to their shops, you will find something for everyone. I am over the moon with my new glasses, staff where amazing and a very quick turn around too. “Fantastic. I now have two pair and will definitely buy more. They fit perfectly and don’t need adjusting. My glasses were two days late and I received a bar of chocolate to thank me for my patience. It’s only a small thing but appreciated”

I'm so sorry to hear that you're struggling with your glasses Keith! It's not uncommon for a brand new pair of varifocals to need a few tweaks to get them working perfectly for you.
