“As long as IOLLA continue what they are doing, it's the only place I'll ever buy a pair of glasses from again. Service is superb. Frames and lenses are excellent quality at a great price. Delivered ahead of schedule. Just superb.”

“I am really impressed start to finish. The range is good. The store is immaculate and nicely decorated. The price is great for the quality. I was really well looked after by your team at nearly 1730 on a Friday of a bank holiday weekend. They treated me like the first customer of the day which I really appreciated. Thank you!”

“Fantastic glasses, great value, I can’t believe how good they are. I have a complex prescription and complex lenses but all delivered for less than a quarter of the price I usually pay. Fast turn around too. I can have four pairs for the price if one and it is a local business. All good”

“Service in the shop was very efficient. Hannah tool measurement for 2 pairs of varifocals professionally. I am very happy with glasses: vision is spot on in both.”

“I live 8525 km away from Edinburgh. IOLLA is my favorite brand of glasses. It is a must when I visit Edinburgh. You can visit the beautifully appointed stores and experience excellent customer service or order online; emails are always answer and IOLLA will always take the extra mile for clients. Excellent quality, price and attention.”

“Always the best service with this amazing company! Ordered a few pairs over the last couple of years and is now my go to for my glasses! The staff are always so welcoming and nothing is ever too much for them! Never been disappointed with anything from IOLLA! I look forward to every time I go to Edinburgh so I can visit the shop!”

“Visited the new store at st James quarter and was very impressed. Excellent service in store and huge range of frames. Straightforward pricing guide, unlike other opticians. The only disappointing thing was my glasses were posted out to be on a Tuesday but weren’t received until the following Monday but this is really an issue with Royal Mail. Would definitely purchase from iolla in the future.”

Royal Mail have informed us that deliveries can be a wee bit slower in certain areas as they have experienced some staff shortages due to team members isolating We are very hopeful that this is a temporary problem and that normal service will resume very shortly!

“One of my old work friends had gotten glasses from here, so thought I would have a look. All the staff were lovely and helpful, and made it super easy. I had a look online so knew the kind I wanted, I just wanted to see how they looked in person. They made sure the set I chose fit alright and let me know how to make an appointment should they need adjusted. My glasses arrived 1 week later sent out to my house. And I adore them. Will be purchasing a 2nd pair so I can go between styles”

“We walked around the whole of Edinburgh looking for the right sunglasses and then googled IOLLA. Was our last stop of the day, and thankfully they had an excellent selection of beautifully made, own brand sunglasses that were a very reasonable price! The staff were warm and friendly and made us feel at home. Highly recommended!”

“Wonderful experience with IOLLA as always - I recently got a pair of frames that ended up not suiting with my prescription and I was able to change them out when I reached out to their customer service and visited their St James Quarter store. I love my new glasses and as always, I have loved my experience with the team. I will be buying from them again in the future !”

“Lovely staff who left me alone to pick my frames. Very professional and helpful in relation to measuring, prices, etc. This is the second time I have gone to Iolla for my frames and I would recommend the company (and I have!). Very speedy with delivery too. See you in a few years for my next frames!”
