“Such a great experience when I went to the Finnieston branch. So many cool glasses frames. I picked three and a lovely assistant advised which ones look the best. I can not speak highly enough about the customer service. Thank you”

“The service is very attentive. The specs are nice and very reasonably priced. I have 3 pairs at the moment: a pair of regular varifocals, a pair of varifocal sunglasses, and a pair of reading glasses. They are all perfect. Plus the Edinburgh shop smells very nice.”

“Staff at Manchester City Centre shop are friendly and helpful. I love the range of funky colour’s available. The service was quick and efficient once I had picked my frames. It was easy to complete my prescription details online. I love that the shop is dog friendly and my pooch has received a warm welcome each time she has visited. I will be investing in another pair soon.”

“Best experience so far in getting new glasses. Everything about it was top class. The store, the staff, the range of styles, the price and the speed of delivery. “I have used Iolla wice so far. Most recently I bought a new pair of reading glasses. I had a lot of choice and settled on a pair branded as Stewart in azure blue. Price was very reasonable compared to other options I have used in the past and I really like the frames. Delivery was about a week and on time. The glasses fit perfectly without adjustment. I find them very comfortable.”

“The staff at iolla are great and professional. They give you all the support you need. From choosing a comfortable frame/glasses and also getting your prescription done. At iolla,I feel just like home. Even when I wasn't comfortable with my pair of glasses,they still helped in getting a comfortable one for me. At iolla,the experience was great.”
