“All the staff are fabulous in every branch that I have been in, the couldn’t do enough for you & all the glasses are lovely - something for everyone! Honestly, just buy glasses from here you won’t be disappointed”

“Very satisfied with the service overall and delighted to have found the frame style I was looking for. Staff were both helpful and attentive first with the trying and selecting then the fitting, which is perhaps the most important part of the process of purchasing new spectacles. However on the negative side I do think that more accurate methods using a 'pupillometer rather than the slightly less accurate methods used in store. Whilst trained Optical Assistants/ Dispensing Opticians can be fairly accurate in the methods used, an actual Pupillometerdoes give further assurances. The Assistant Manager did agree with my thoughts on this. Roddie Arnott”

“Such a great experience when I went to the Finnieston branch. So many cool glasses frames. I picked three and a lovely assistant advised which ones look the best. I can not speak highly enough about the customer service. Thank you”

“The service is very attentive. The specs are nice and very reasonably priced. I have 3 pairs at the moment: a pair of regular varifocals, a pair of varifocal sunglasses, and a pair of reading glasses. They are all perfect. Plus the Edinburgh shop smells very nice.”

“Staff at Manchester City Centre shop are friendly and helpful. I love the range of funky colour’s available. The service was quick and efficient once I had picked my frames. It was easy to complete my prescription details online. I love that the shop is dog friendly and my pooch has received a warm welcome each time she has visited. I will be investing in another pair soon.”

“Best experience so far in getting new glasses. Everything about it was top class. The store, the staff, the range of styles, the price and the speed of delivery.
