“Great choice of glasses, great staff in store. Never received my email advising glasses were in store for collection. I had to call only to be told my glasses had been in store for a number of days”

“I've just recently purchased my 4th pair of glasses from Iolla, I have 3 pairs of prescription glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses ❤️ such amazing quality and at a great price too. Customer service is also amazing 👏 I always recommend Iolla to friends & family ❤️”

“Great choice of specs but I actually bought the first pair the assistant brought to me. The specs arrived far quicker than expected and I'm pleased with them. I recommend Iolla for great products and service.”

“Very good pricing, well made glasses for the price and excellent service in store to check for fit. Waiting time for glasses to be sent to my house was very good too and a decent case and cleaning cloth included. Second time I’ve used IOLLA west end Glasgow can thoroughly recommend, thanks!”

“Good experience and happy with my glasses! lots of compliments. Lovely service in manchester st Ann square. Very helpful team Advice - you could reorganise your window it’s too cluttered (make it more focused and premium looking) put your £85 poster in a more prominent position, do some local marketing with businesses to raise awareness, I work in a large office building (acresfield). My colleague who is wearing prada at £300+ said she’s coming over after asking me where I got my glasses from, couldn’t believe the price with prescription! Only reason it’s not a 5 is your fast track postage was poor - 3 days for £15 or wait 12 days. I took the 3 days but think that detracts from your otherwise great pricing.”
