“I bent the leg of my glasses after only having them a few months so emailed customer support and was told to send them back to workshop to check if they could help. They came back in a few days as good as new. I would advise emailing as I previously asked in store if they could be fixed and salesperson bent them a bit but couldn’t fix properly and told me nothing else could be done.”

“Fabulous selection of modern well made frames with great quality varifocal lenses at half the price of High Street opticians. Service in store at Edinburgh branch of IOLLA was helpful and unhurried which allowed me to choose a lovely set of frames. The order was posted out quickly and it was still worth my while to travel from the Highlands, stay in a B&B in Edinburgh and get my specs with a saving of a hundred pounds after the expense of this trip to IOLLA. I just wish a branch would open up in either the highlands or NE of Scotland.”

“Brilliant service!! Bought a pair of varifocals which just didn’t work for me. Went back to the store, explained, and without hesitation I was offered a range of options. Decided just to revert to standard lenses - no fuss and immediate refund for the extra paid for varioficals. Less than a week later I had my new specs which I am delighted with. Would not hesitate to recommend.”

“Hi, I recently did a bit of shopping at the Iolla shop in Argyle Street. I eventually bought a pair of the Murray style in an attempt to use distance glasses I already use Iolla specs for reading. As well as buying the Murray’s I had a couple of older pairs refreshed at the same time. You also coped with me changing my mind the day after I had ordered a different style. My experience of dealing with Iolla is that nothing seems to be too much trouble for you. Service and advice are the best. And of course the product is so stylish and beautifully packaged. Thank you for making spectacle wearing such fun! I enclose a few pictures of my new glasses and others that I and my friends wear. Best wishes Dave Dunlop.”
