“Great customer service. I had some difficulty getting used to my new glasses and got an appointment straight away to check my glasses, adjust them and getting some advice. I am now very pleased with them so thank you!”

“Loved the space - very stylish and modern. Love that they’re Scottish designers. The service was great - friendly, professional and efficient. Really knowledgable and helpful but not at all pushy. Love the standard pricing for frames - all £85. Will continue to buy from them and to recommend them highly. It was a really nice experience.”

“My mum and myself recently visited the Manchester branch and couldnt have had a better experience, the two ladies that assisted us, were very patient, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We especially made the trip to Manchester to go the shop purchases glasses, having bought from their store in Edinburgh and online with the company.”

“Absolutely love my glasses. I had so many gorgeous frames to choose from. I could not believe how reasonably priced they were! Staff in the Glasgow shop were so helpful and friendly. My glasses were delivered really quickly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now”
