“Iolla were excellent as always, I came in with a broken pair of glasses and asked how quickly I could get a replacement. Their standard policy is around 8-10 working but the lovely staff volunteered to put a note on the order that I didn't have a second pair of glasses, so needed these back ASAP, and in 3 working days I had my glasses back! I've also popped in for a (free!) glasses adjustment service a few days later. Can't recommend them enough, every customer matters to them!”

“I recently sent my glasses in to have my lenses refreshed after wearing them for at least 3 years. I was very impressed with how quickly my lenses were changed and the frame tightened up. Thank you so much Iolla, it's a brilliant idea to reduce waste and keep glasses wearable!”

“This was first time purchasing glasses in Iolla. My daughters have been buying glasses there for a few years and I always love their glasses so I thought I’d give it a try… It was a great experience, so many different frames to choose from. The service was of an extremely high quality, so professional and helpful.. I’m now a big fan and will return soon to buy another pair of glasses as well as sun glasses.”

“I have now bought two pairs of spectacles from Iolla - varifocal lenses. The service was excellent and the specs are light and attractive. The value for money is perhaps the greatest benefit of going to Iolla and I will certainly by going back in future.”

“Really great frames but too long a wait for prescription lenses. We live in the world of Amazon prime and deliveroo, nobody wants to wait two weeks for new glasses. Competitors can do lenses in an hour or the next day. I purchased Iolla frames as sunglasses then went to the optical lab in Maryhill to get prescription lenses for £20 in 14 minutes, not 14 days!”

Hi Kevin! We're so glad to hear you love our frames! The lead time we usually quote for our glasses is 8-14 days but sometimes our workshop are able to manufacture glasses a little faster than this. As our amazing workshop technicians in Cambuslang support our 4 showrooms and our online store, we sadly wouldn't be able to offer a 14 minute turnaround for every customer. We're so glad you were able to find a way to get the frames you love and get these glazed on the same day elsewhere!
