“Manchester store. Staff are very friendly approachable and helpful. Fantastic range of frames on display and the ordering proccess is so simple and stress free. The staff really are lovely. I could not recommend this place more. I will certainly be using this store again in the future.”

“Great service, even not being local to store, arrived when promised. Both the lady in the shop and on the phone explained everything though the experience and even though I have a high prescription was made to feel welcome and not an issue.”

“Have had a least 5 pairs of glasses from iolla now and it’s so lovely to see that the range of designs continues to grow and compete in what can be a very expensive market Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about their products Will be back again and again for future glasses”

“Amazing service from Iolla again! I ordered my glasses on the Monday evening, paid for express delivery on the Tuesday morning after calling and leaving a voicemail on the Monday evening regarding express delivery and I received a call back on Tuesday morning when they opened from a very helpful woman and they had arrived by the Friday! The quality again is better than other glasses I’ve had from any high street optician at a fraction of the price. Highly recommend :)”
