“I was always told that if something is too good to be true it usually is. On a sunny day in Manchester I spotted the Iolla shop and popped in for a look. I have a very high prescription and I was sceptical that they could make a pair of thinned sunglasses for £85. I went back a few weeks later and decided to give it a go. What’s the worst that can happen? The two ladies who worked at Iolla were very nice and knew what they were talking about. I ordered a pair and decided to pick up in store. The turn around time was very good. It took two weeks, however, there was two bank holiday weekends in between so only took eight working days. When I came to collect I was very happy. The frame and lenses are well made and a total bargain at this price. I will definitely be back for more. Looks like some times if it’s too good to be true, it can be true.”

“I had great help in the shop choosing frames and the glasses arrived within the timescale indicated. I found the prescription hard for my eyes to adjust to as I hadn’t used it before. The follow up from iolla has been great and they are re-doing to a standard reading glass. Really pleased with after sales”

“I will only use Iolla for my glasses now. Customer service is brilliant, value for money is amazing and the designs are great. I have lots of different frames and have also used the refresh service to change an old pair of specs into sunglasses. I can’t fault them - as someone with a high (ish) prescription who needs thinner lenses the fact that this is included in the price is a game changer. The lovely people who work there are always quick to answer emails and are super helpful. I don’t live near a branch so do it all online and it’s quick and easy. Can’t recommend them enough.”

“Nipped in to buy some sunglasses if spotted in your window display and had a superb customer service experience from start to finish. Am thrilled with my sunglasses! Had good advice on choosing the frames, had them fitted in store while I waited, and took them home the same day. Absolutely love the style and quality and they’re so comfortable to wear. I’d also nipped in right before closing but at no time did I feel I was rushed with the service provided. Very impressed! Thanks!”
