“Three pairs of Iolla glasses and I love every single pair. Very stylish, affordable and good quality. The new 'blue lens' seems great - not sure how you know it's of benefit though...!?! The customer service in store was brilliant. They reall ytook time to make sure the glasses fitted properly and that I was happy witht eerything before I left.”

“As always, a lovely experience at iolla. Jodie was very helpful at explaining the glasses refresh process and made me feel so confident about it that I decided to get two pairs refreshed! I also took the time to look around the showroom, Tenci and Sarah were great at pulling out styles that suited me and made me feel fabulous. I will definitely be back soon to pick out another pair!”

“Great customer service. My broken frame was replaced with a new one (with the original lenses) as my glasses were still under warranty. Not sure what the outcome would be if they were not. Very speedy and efficient service by post and email.”

“Absolutely fantastic. As someone who relies on my glasses from the moment I wake up, the quality is incredible. A super fast turn around as well over the Xmas period. My lenses alone normally cost £200 so to have everything all included for £85 is amazing”

“This is the second time I have ordered from Iolla. Shop staff very friendly and helpful. My spectacles arrived well before due delivery date. My only comment is that I was looking for more colourful spectacles. Maybe you could consider having some in stock in future.”
