“I went into the Edinburgh store and ordered a beautiful frame for prescription sunglasses. The two men I encountered were great - friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I paid for expressed delivery and was really excited for my new glasses. Unfortunately, due to my high prescription aka extreme blindness, my order was not going to be able to arrive within the week and I was travelling abroad for work that weekend. I chatted back and forth with Laura and the team and they arranged to send the glasses all the way to Saudi Arabia. Within a few weeks, the glasses had arrived in perfect condition and the prescription is perfect. I can’t stop wearing my new sunglasses and look forward to returning to buy a pair of actual glasses. Thank you IOLLA team xx”

“There are so many wonderful things about iolla - the frames are amazing, the lenses are thinner than I’ve ever had and they are a Scottish company. This all pales into insignificance compared to THE PRICE - I have a big prescription and would absolutely never be able to afford glasses like these anywhere else. I’m always telling everyone who comments on my glasses about iolla and I’m on my 5th pair!”

“Delivery was very quick (although I wish there was an option to have sent it straight to a Royal Mail office to be picked up at my convenience!). I love the design of the sunglasses, and I appreciate the fact that they are polarised. I haven't road-tested them extensively yet but design-wise I love them!”

“Have been a long term customer. Have just received my new spectacles.. Exactly a year ago I aĺso got my prescription spectacles and asked at that time if it was possible to have tinted lense that responded to light because of medical sensitivity to light. I was told that was not offered. This year there was a big explanation of the super new lense. On return to shop to pick up my new spectacles I admired the glasses of one of the staff who proudly told me they were the new lense with tinted lense. I was SO disappointed that she hadn't told me of that when she encouraged me to buy the superior lense. Had I known this was available I would have definitely purchased them so although the new spectacles are fine I am still left very disappointed.”

“With my Daughter already having used Iolla and bought 5 new pairs of glasses I knew they had good customer service and very reasonably priced spectacles. So I did purchase a pair and have been more than happy with them and will definitely use Iolla again.”

“I had a really positive experience at Iolla!! my aunt recommended me to go for a new pair of glasses as she had a very good experience there. When i walked in i was instantly greeted by staff who helped me figure out exactly what i wanted and recommend styles. i had only gotten glasses at opticians so it was nice to be in a glasses focused environment. i got checked out and had a lovely time with Katie, she helped me fit my glasses and left the store feeling great! would definitely go again for any future glasses”
