“This is my 2nd purchase and was delighted with both. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great selection of frames, very modern and chic. Prices excellent. Glasses arrived within 10 days after ordering. Would certainly recommend anyone wishing to buy from them.”

“Amazing from start to finish. The shop assistant was very friendly snd extremely helpful. The instructions for ordering was straightforward and fully explained. Finally the delivery was prompt and the glasses SENSATIONAL. Cannot recommend more highly but would if I could. Well done everybody concerned . Varifocals next visit”

“When I went in to purchase my glasses and sunglasses (prescription), the young lady helping was very helpful and very nice. I am unsure why you've sent out an evaluation when I've not yet received either of the glasses, would it not be better to do this after I've got them? In addition I've to go into the shop to pick them up so they can be adjusted.”

“This is the second time I have used IOLLA for glasses. However this time I used them for sunglasses as well. It was such an easy and quick process. Glasses are great quality”

“Great selection of glasses at a very good price with lens thinning & coating included. My face was measured and when I collected my glasses the fit was spot on. No adjustments needed. I am really pleased with them and have had so many compliments. I have recommended Iolla to everyone I know who wears glasses.”

“I purchased a pair of glasses online. When they arrived they were slightly too tight.I brought them into store and was met with excellent customer service. They loosened the frame for no charge and were friendly and proffesional. Great service.”
