“They sell glasses like no other one that’s why I have two pairs of the one type just different colour but they have a nice staff who are helpful.”

“Staff were SO helpful in store. We were made welcome and told how the store works now (as it’s changed a few times throughout covid). Staff weren’t pushy which I really appreciated but were readily available for advice when we asked. Jayne and Dylan helped us and they were just so genuinely helpful and chatty it made our day. So pleased with my glasses- the quality and the price are great! Thanks!!”

“Love my new glasses! I need a very strong prescription and I love the fact that I’m not discriminated against in terms of pricing. The fact that it costs nothing to have your lenses shaved down too is an absolute game changer! After using a traditional opticians my entire life, I am fully converted to IOLLA.”

“Recently purchased the foldable Bell frame clip on sunglasses in gold chrome with brown tinted lenses. The tinted lenses are a great colour and easy to see through when attached (simple process of application). Only minor visual issues when viewing a phone/digital screen. I did expect the frame to be warm gold as depicted in the online photos but the actual tone is far more of a ‘cool gold tone’, so cool I thought there had been a mix up at the factory process but was assured this was the final product. Speedy response from the company but the delivery was somewhat delayed. Still love the design aspects!”

“Had 2 pairs of Iolla glasses updated to my new prescription . I handed them into Edinburgh shop and they were posted out to me in about 10 days and I received emails on progress of delivery. Staff were very pleasant and my updated glasses are like new! Excellent value !”
