“Staff in store knowledgable and helpful - give you space to browse but are on hand for any help you may need. The assistant I spoke with was able to give me their honest opinion on frame choices, which was great as I was shopping alone. Glasses came quickly, good quality and exactly as they should have been.”

“During this difficult time with COVID.. The staff were very helpful understanding and quick to help. Ordering of the glasses for myself & my wife the young lad was so helpful and patient, we will return & recommend without hesitation. Thank you..”

“From start to finish the process at IOLA couldn't be any easier. Once I sent a new prescription I had my new glasses within 10 days. Fantastic service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone requiring new Spectacles.”

“Brilliant service from all the Stockbridge staff. Such a shame the COVID has created a feeling of being remote from the whole experience choosing new glasses. But all arrived and fitted perfectly , varifocals chosen for my sun and day glasses are spot on. Would I go back? Yes!”

“Fantastic service from the Stockbridge team, I absolutely love the IOLLA range not to mention their prices too! I wear varifocals I wasn't too sure IOLLA would be able to meet my needs but they absolutely have!”

“I know the shop has limited space, but a more quiet and calm area for taking down details would be a huge improvement. I found background noise made understanding conversation very difficult. Quality and service otherwise fine.”
