“I ordered a new set of reading glasses and they were delivered about a week later. Like everything else I have had from Iolla they were perfect. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Excellent customer service from IOLLA. I had ordered a soft glasses case from the website as a gift but it arrived slightly damaged. I contacted the help desk and received a prompt reply and less than 24 hours later I had a replacement case, a bar of chocolate and a personalised note. The glasses case is very good quality, fastens with a magnetic clip and comes complete with a cleaning cloth.”

“Recommended by a friend and found it a good experience. Lady in shop was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. There was a delay due to a problem with the lens which delayed my delivery by a week but I was delighted with my glasses when they arrived. I would definitely use this company again. Their prices are so competitive compared to what I have paid in the last. Well worth a visit.”

“I absolutely love Iolla, I just got my second pair of glasses from here after finally replacing my first pair that lasted about 5 years! I went to the shop in the St James quarter and it was a fantastic experience. I didn't catch her name but the girl with the fabulous blue glasses and short hair was who helped me and she was amazing! I got the Hoy vanilla glasses with the clip on sunglasses and I absolutely love them! It is by far the best quality and value for money anywhere. And the glasses are much nicer too! Couldn't recommend highly enough!”

“I've been using Iolla for about 5 years as someone with a strong prescription and bad stigmatism. Glasses usually cost a fortune for thinning etc and the fixed price is amazing in that aspect. Also the range-styles and colours are great. I moved away from Glasgow in the pandemic so the virtual try on is very much appreciated. Couldn't recommend them enough. Get the clip on sunnies and save yourself some money!!”

“My first experience buying glasses and Iolla made it very easy. I tried on and ordered 2 pairs of glasses on the Saturday - one for distance and one for reading. Both pairs were delivered by the following Thursday. The friendly and helpful staff made it a pleasant experience.”

“I damaged the frame of my glasses. Iolla could not repair them but gave me a discount on new frames and returned them very quickly. I thought their service was excellent.”
