“We visited the shop in St James Quarter and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly without any feeling of pressure or being watched like other shops. After choosing the frame, there is no hard sell due to the pricing method so once i confirmed my details and payment we were done. Super fast and no hidden charges. Easily the best experience I’ve had shopping for glasses. The glasses were posted out a week later and are extremely high quality. Frames fit perfectly and crystal clear vision.”

“What a brilliant company. They have the customer front and centre of their whole ethos and go over and above what is normal to make sure you are happy. In the shop on Argyll street in Glasgow they have sorted some real problems for me and could not have been more helpful. The glasses are superb and so on trend and comfortable and I will be a loyal customer as long as they go on making glasses. Having had a bad experience at a large chain of optometrists I find Iolla’s whole approach a delight. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Iolla crew in Glasgow are phenomenal. They were very helpful despite my ton of hoops and loops to get the package shipped internationally on a very specific date. The glasses look terrific! And I know they are durable as I own a couple more glasses from the same shop, and they are still in perfect condition after 4 years.”

“I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. This is my second pair of glasses from IOLLA. I loved my first pair. However, they were stolen from me in Leipzig, Germany this summer. Obviously, the first pair were very likable, so much so, that someone desired to have them. Immediately upon my return home, I ordered a new pair of glasses. I appreciate how fast IOLLA processes things. My glasses arrived in 12 days from Glasgow to Pittsburgh, USA. I highly recommend IOLLA for your next pair of glasses.....”

“Very friendly staff! I love how they all wear the glasses of the shop. When I was looking to buy new glasses, one of my friends recommended I go and check IOLLA. I am very thankful for her recommendation. Also: I like my new glasses a lot! Each time somebody compliments me or notices them I tell them "I got them from IOLLA".”
