“My glasses arrived exactly 2 weeks after I ordered them, even though I was told because of the bank holiday, they may be delayed. They are an excellent fit and so comfy to wear. The clip-on sunglasses are an added bonus because you don't have to change glasses. They are my second pair of glasses from IOLLA. I would definitely come back again.”

“I bought frames as the person helping me, used a paper measure regards my PD. I seemed to know more about this, than the assistant. She wasn’t the friendliest and was abrupt at times. I was disappointed at my lenses not being able to be put in the frames. Bought two frames and now have the lenses fitted perfectly by an optician. You really do get what you pay for. The frames I had originally wanted, from seeing online, from iolla, I was told there was a distribution issue. And, that it wasn’t just that model.”

“Delighted with my 3rd pair of varifocal glasses from Iolla! I have the prescription sunglasses as well as the clear frames. I have a small face and find the Bell range a really good fit for me. Helpful, friendly staff at the new St James Quarter store. I recommend Iolla to friends and family. Thanks again Iolla staff! Irene Dunn , Edinburgh .”

“Highly recommended. In store, the staff member was really helpful but not over-salesy, and guided me through the purchase of prescription sunglasses really quickly and simply. I'm really happy with my sunglasses, which arrived around 10 days later. Already thinking about going back to get glasses. Great value for money.”

“I loved my experience at IOLLA! I ordered multiple frames with the help of several friendly store associates. My prescription is rather particular, so they helped choose frames suited to the lenses I need. Once they were ordered, the first batch of lenses failed to pass their quality inspection, so they reordered them. This caused a delay of a couple of days, but it speaks to the care and quality put into the specs! You can't beat the style and service for your money.”

“Saw the shop in Edinburgh by chance. Oh wow what a great selection of frames to choose from. Both myself and my husband bought a pair and on our return home emailed our prescriptions. Great communication from IOLLA. Glasses arrived beautifully packaged and they are a perfect fit. Lovely assistant who was informative and measured us perfectly. Will order another pair for sure. Already recommended to a friend.”

“I visited the branch in Partick, Glasgow. The staff were welcoming, informed and lovely. The service was great. No sales gimmicks! The frames are extremely nice and priced for everyone! Defo recommend you try!”

“The service in IOLLA is always excellent. The staff are so helpful and well trained and the range of styles to choose from is great. The staff always go one step further too - so when I was in to collect my new glasses they tightened and straightened the legs on my old frames. Couldn’t recommend IOLLA Finnieston Glasgow highly enough.”
