“I am now on my 3rd pair of glasses with Iolla. Love the choice of frames and the ease of ordering. I especially like that the price already includes the basic elements needed for glasses i.e glass thinning, antiglare, which others charge extra for.”

“From the friendliest welcome to choosing a frame and colour that was perfect for me was an amazing and relaxing experience. The lovely Jayne put my order through and with it being my first pair of varifocals she explained everything so well. I added the clip on sun glasses to my order then my order was complete and I now have the perfect ensemble. Thanks Iolla”

“I am over the moon with my IOLLA purchase - having purchased new prescription glasses from my usual optician in June which cost me £300 for the lenses alone I was anxious about ordering from IOLLA because of my prescription. I can honestly say from start to finish I’ve had the best experience and delighted with my Kelly frames! Thank you IOLLA! Now I’ve got my eye on so many more frames and recommending you to everyone who comments on my new glasses!”

“Helped by Annette, Chrissy and Nat on 19/08/22, ended up purchasing a pair of Hoy glasses in Vanilla Crystal and a matching pair of clip-on sunglasses. Glasses still going strong! Comfortable, durable, love them! The girls were friendly, helpful, patient, everything I could have hoped for. I tried on probably a dozen pairs and they ensured to meticulously disinfect them all (during COVID) and didn't make me feel bad or awkward for trying so many. Having anxiety and ADHD it can make shopping in person really hard, and I have a hard time choosing what I want, but like I said the girls were so lovely and I felt very at ease and not at all pressured to hurry up and make a decision like I usually do in these kinds of situations. Conclusion: Beautiful frames, amazing customer service, and neurodivergent friendly! Visit them if you're in the area!”
