“I was very pleased with the service again. I bought a pair last year and have liked them. I was offered the upgrade option which I would have used if I was not about to go on holiday and I had not brought a spare pair. Next time !”

“Horrible product left me with bruised face and hurt bank account, do not get glasses from them they charge good rates but for bad products, the pair I bought hurt as soon as I put them on and they refused to do anything about it. I walked out and am feeling disgusting by the service provided. Customer service were awful and just avoided the points being made consistently”

“Staff member I dealt with was wondeful, very knowledgeable and kept me right. The spectacles are fantastic, crystal clear vision and s asupberb price. Already planning to go back and get another pair with the reactolite lens.”

“Was recommended to go to IOLLA by a friend and experienced lovely helpful staff in St James Quarter in Edinburgh. Bought a pair of sunglasses but will definitely go back to select my next reading glasses. Great styles, good advice, delighted to have found this shop.”
