“I was a bit hesitant to buy as I wear varifocal glasses … staff were so helpful friendly and informative got my glasses when said and they are great would recommend IOLLA top marks”

“I can see clearly now… Iolla was recommended to me by a friend after I complimented her on the fab glasses she was wearing. New to shopping online for glasses I ordered frames that didn’t fit - customer service sorted me out and I am now the happy owner of 3 pairs of glasses from Iolla at £75.00 a pair. What’s not to like?”

“Always had a good experience with iolla. This is the forth pair of glasses I have bought from them. Also had my original pairs redone with new prescription. Had a slight issue in one occasion that was rectified swiftly, free of charge and with apologies. Can’t ask for much more than that.”

“Fantastic experience from start to finish. I did the whole experience online and it was so easy. The turnaround to get good quality glasses was very quick and I Love my glasses and they fitted perfectly. It was refreshing not to pay extra amount to have my lenses thinned.”

“Great choice, great price and great service. Visited the Finnieston store in Glasgow. Got new lenses in two pairs and couldn’t resist a brand new pair, so many fab frames to choose from. The service was excellent and I received the glasses, by post, in perfect condition within 10 days. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for glasses. All the extra things you normally pay for are included the price. Would definitely recommend. My whole family now get all their glasses here. Really happy customer!”

“The in store staff are delightful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I had a blast… also I needed to amend my order, my error not Iolla’s and Laura on the online chat helped me patiently and offered so many solutions, I’m looking forwards to shopping with Iolla again and I’m extremely satisfied with the customer carry.
