“I've been road testing my Ritchie glasses now for the past two months and have to say they are one of the best purchases I have ever made. They are extremely fashionable, comfortable and of a very high quality. I would like to thank Jo who is based in the Argyle street branch for her patience and advice. Jo's knowledge of the product was invaluable and allowed me very quickly to make my decision on what I was looking for and what best suited my needs. Excellent price. Will definitely be a returning customer and I have already recommended IOLLA to family and friends.”

“Great quality prescription glasses at a very fair price, and all ready in just over a week from ordering. Bought as a 2nd pair, I wanted something with a bit more character and pizazz than my usual boring frames. And it certainly worked, as I received compliments in a couple of shops while on my way home from collecting them ! (Frames - 'Kelly', vanilla tortoise)”

“I ordered Iolla in the UK for my friend (he requested it from me after trying it virtually), who used the virtual try-on feature while in Sri Lanka. However, when he received the glasses, they were much smaller than they appeared virtually, and he’s not happy with the product. On the bright side, the customer service was great—the shop staff were friendly and supportive, responded to emails, and delivered on time”

Hey Ruwanthi, we're sorry to hear that your friend was disappointed with their glasses frames that you'd bought from us. Our virtual try on tool can be super handy to see how a frame will look on your face, however it's not possible to get this 100% accurate, which is why we include frame measurements on our website for each individual frame. “IOLLA has finally given me Sunglasses that I love! After wearing perscription sunglasses for the past 15 years that I bought at a large chain, never really liking but putting up with. This year I wanted a change, looked online, found IOLLA and wanted to give them a look. Their shop in Manchester has a great layout & the member of staff that helped me (Sorry I cant remember her name.) Was great. I perfer looking just myself, she did not hover, but gave me great help and advise. I got two pair that gave me a different look from day to night and the experince shopping was great. I have already recommended to several people!”

“Selection of frames is fantastic. Unfortunately though it’s quite difficult to know whether a frame is suitable for your face shape and requirements. Mine are definitely not suitable for me and I’m unable to wear them as they are much too big.”

“I ordered from my account but using my partners name and the prescription has been updated previously, sent the glasses in my prescription so I now have extra I didn’t need and my partner has had to go elsewhere”

Hi Stacey, our system doesn't allow for orders for more than one person under the same profile, as can be viewed on our website here- https://support.iolla.com/en/articles/44-ordering-for-someone-else. When your order was placed, you had selected to 'use the prescription on file', which was your own prescription from your own previous order. The difference on your most recent order was the name of the delivery recipient being your partner's name, rather than your own. I do understand your disappointment here. A member of our Customer Support team will be in touch with you shortly with options for how we can rectify this for you.
