“Had a fairly large sum to invest jointly with spouse. No pressure was applied when presenting the options in a clear and concise way. Given plenty of space and time to make our decision. We did have a small issue with an ISA transfer where delay caused by our bank. Invest Southwest got involved and resolved the issue with the bank.”
