“I have recently started as an inventory and property coordinator working in BTR for Urbanbubble. I had no previous experience however the app, the training webinars and the training videos available on Youtube are fantastic. I work in a brand new development with all new staff who have no experience of the app however the training material available and the customer service makes using the app a breeze. I had some teething problems and contacted Alex Gooch and his customer service is brilliant, very quick in replying and nothing is ever too much a great asset to the team. I will defiantly recommend Inventory Hive.”

“I worked with Inventory hive before lockdown and had amazing training and it certainly enhanced my business. However, lockdown caused a lot of people and agents to go In house and when I had to give up in 2022, they were so supportive. I’ve recently managed to secure some more possible business and they have welcomed me back with open arms and training again. The good thing about all the staff at Inventory hive is that they care about your business as well as their own. I could not recommend them enough.”

“Had the need to re position my understanding to gain the correct perspective within the initial setup criteria. Working interactively with Richard, the support session flowed smoothly. Being both informative and focused and opening out for greater incite where appropriate. The aim was fully conveyed with the bonus of neat insider tweaks and good practice being shared. The software has a lot to offer, the on-line help files are superb but when you need that little bit of extra clarity to build the confidence & underpin a starting point - it’s good to know it there in the support structure - thank you.”

“A great app that keeps everything in one place time and date stamped. Syncs with your phone, can be used offline as well as online. I have been using this App for a couple of years and found it to be reliable. Good responsive support when needed and some helpful You-tube videos too.”

“As a new member to Hive we, as a busy lettings agency, have been overwhelmed with the efficiency of the team at Hive. Especially the start up process with George Eveleigh who couldn't do enough to help us, explaining everything in detail, assisting with inventory clerks training. The support team have also been amazing with such speedy responses to queries and with great videos explaining processes. The software is so clear and precise and completely user friendly, the reports being well received by our landlords. All in all we are extremely happy with our service we receive from Inventory Hive.”

“I just love Inventory Hive, it works so well for mid-terms, inventories and check outs, it is easy to use and the completed reports look fantastic. The 30 day trial was brilliant, you get to 'have a go' before signing up! I am very much looking forward to the diary management demo! The help and support is second to none :)”

“Inventory Hive is a brilliant platform to create your check in and check out inventories as well as being able to produce detailed mid term inspection report. The platform is easy to use the customer service is great and there are many self help video tutorials that help should you run into a problem. We have been using them for a number of years now and have just increased our subscription so we can carry out mid term inspection reports to improve the service we give to our landlords”

“Inventory Hive is a great piece of software that has really helped with boosting our offering to our clients. It allows us to produce very clear and concise, professional looking documents at the start, during and end of our tenancies. Its innovative approval and signature feature allows easy access for tenants to review and approve their inventories creating a perfect document for any deposit discussions at the end of the tenancy. The team are really approachable and are always on hand for any help that is needed. Their constant ambition to improve the software and add new features is excellent in this ever changing world of Lettings!”
