“I chose Inventory Hive above any other reporting systems, as not only do I feel their reporting is amazing, but the main thing that won me over was their staff and how friendly and helpful they all are. Richard, Mitch, Katie and Jade have helped me every step of the way, to which I am so grateful for. They also provide excellent training videos and information that you can refer to anytime needed. “The inventory software is excellent, user friendly and most importantly an excellent time saver. The plans are concise, easy to understand and seem good value. In my interaction with Help desk (George) and training (Richard), I have encountered friendly and knowledgeable staff who have been successful in understanding our requirements and super quick in delivering them.”

“Alex at Inventory Hive has been amazing in helping to get our account set up as well as ongoing support for myself and my team. He is easy to work with and very quick to respond which is always a bonus in a fast paced industry. The software (online portal and app) is easy to use and my team have been able to get the hang of it really quickly. I'd reccommend Inventory Hive!”

“Inventory Hive is a complete product to aid the referencing system, especially coming in handy on large scale, fast pace developments. Constantly evolving, very polished and extremely flexible & user friendly. Alex was a treat to deal with - his knowledge of the product, market and ability to custom make templates was unbelievable!”

“Having used Inventory Hive for many years, we find it seamless to use for all aspects on inspections, and check in/check out reports. If there has ever been any issues, normally user error, there is always someone available to discuss and answer any queries. Great customer customer service.”

“We have used Inventory Hive for many years and the continual updates and improvements only reinforce our initial decision to use the software was the right one. My staff use the App for check-in, check-out, interim inspections, legionella risk assessments, 360 photos and virtual tours. The partnership with Fixflo has aided our maintenance reporting following interim inspections. The the date stamping on the photos and the ability to have comparison photos along side each other, aids our evidence provision when it comes to putting in deposit claims. The same can be said when dealing with utility companies. The version we use today is so different to the first version and it goes to prove that Inventory Hive are constantly looking to improve their offering to us as property agents. Great software and great support”

“Fantastic platform, Inventory Hive helps our teams to conduct check in and check out inventories effortlessly and quickly. We conduct all interim inspections using Inventory Hive as well as our daily block compliance checks. Customer service is excellent, there is always a support line there should you need any assistance. Great Software!”

“From an occupier’s perspective the App is a bit of a nightmare. I assume you’re not actually interested in this, just in making life easier and presumably cheaper for owners/agents. My sister was using a new smart phone and is great with computers. The App crashed 3 times, losing all the information. Because the property had no Wi-Fi at the time, loading photos directly into the App was a problem. This was only necessary because if you disagreed with the presented inventory you were told you must provide photographic evidence. She rang for advice about the App crashing and during the conversation the Hives lady said that ‘clean’ was a subjective term which is news to us. I expect this service is good for owners or agents who are not really bothered about the state of properties, as Hive only provides cursory statements in their inventory. As an observer of the process it seemed geared to make it as difficult as possible for occupiers. I would have given up and agreed that the freezer riddled with black mould and draw front missing, was in fair condition, or whatever the term was. A one star review seems generous.”

“Really easy to use and feels like a stable piece of software. May not be the cheapest inventory app around, but from researching many, I found it did everything required. Love how it prompts for all the info required in a logical order and saved me so much time when doing the inventories compared to the old paper, pen and a 1000 photos.”

“Very impressive and easy to use software. We have always conducted our inventories in-house rather than sending to an inventory clerk and Inventory Hive has made the whole process a lot easier for us to manage. Not only are we completing the inventories quicker than before but they are much more thorough and we are getting very good feedback from our clients, both landlords and tenants. Really pleased me decided to make the switch to Inventory Hive.”
