Customer service has been great, from sorting issues and mini teaching sessions at the drop of a phone call. Inventory has completely revolutionised our accommodations reporting style allowing us to capture the conditions of the rooms throughout the years - 10/10

We have been using Inventory Hive for a few months now. We are using it not only for standard inventories, check-ins, interim visits and check outs, we are also using it for block inspections. The app is easy to use and does exactly what you need from a facility like this i.e. make it easy to complete an inventory and have the facility to follow up on issues, faults etc. Customer service is excellent and a special shout out to Richard who has provided all the training and assistance with creating master templates. He has been especially helpful and always happy to assist our organisation if we need support. All in all, really pleased with the app and it will help make the process of creating inventories much easier for the team.

We have been with inventory hive for 4 years now and their online support is fantastic. Generally when we need help with a technical issue we need help straight away, our queries are answered and solved 100% of the time. Inventory Hive is a great piece of software and saves me copius amounts of time with doing the check-in/out inventories and inspections, with seamless approvals by the tenants too. The app is great, allowing you to work offline and then sync when back on wifi in the office. Katie Bennett was fantastic in sorting out our onboarding/training, and Mitch Handley is there to answer any questions / offer advice too.

Am I the only one who thinks this app could be better?? Strange as other clerks I know who use it aren’t happy either. It’s time consuming, far too many things to “click” on and then taking time to ensure you’ve covered all the clicky items. It looks great but it’s far from perfect and as far as customer service…. Waiting a call to speak to someone after feedback now given a couple of times and have been ignored (first time was completely ignored!). The camera on the app isn’t great, the dictation is poor and having to constantly correct - which is blamed on my device but I’m not convinced. Sorry don’t understand how there are so many 5 ⭐️ reviews

Hive have continued to work with our teams to strengthen what is already a fabulous product. The technology integrates brilliantly into our CRM which provides us with time saving functions. It is a clear and easy to use product which we use across our business. The team within Hive are forward thinking and always looking at how to make improvements in order to provide the best service to our customers.

I had issues with a check in report being done under previous tenant however Mitch was able to walk me through every step and even learned how to deal with similar situations if it occurs. He was very patient and kind. Thank you

The software is fantastic and I will be signing up. However, the customer service from Katie Bennett is to be desired. I decided as I did not want sales telephone calls do not provide a phone number for me. This individual decided to send threatening emails advising further action will be taken unless I update my telephone number. I queried what I needed to speak to me about and receive a response of if there’s any technical problems or if I have any questions I’d already advised I don’t have any questions so I don’t see the need to provide a phone number. Then again today, this individual who seemingly is on a power trip has emailed me again also, including the phrase “ so that no further action is taken”. This is the most bizarre and offensive approach I’ve ever seen towards trying to win customers. I also recommend they review GDPR legislation on what someone needs to provide and how they process data.

I use the Inventory Hive app daily and have done for the last 6 years. The software is absolutely essential to the running of my business. I've seen the system evolve year after year, always adding useful new features and making the process of creating inventories very clear and straightforward. I've found the team have always been very quick to reply whenever I've had the need to contact them and quick to implement any changes/edits to the system that I have suggested. Over the years, I've seen many inventory reports, produced using other software and they are not a patch on the Inventory Hive reports - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Inventory Hive to any Inventory Clerk or Letting Agent.

My experience with Alex has been nothing but positive since I started using Inventory Hive 4 weeks ago. He is always on hand to help and is very efficient if you have any queries! The app is also super easy to use and navigate for inventories, interim inspections etc.

I have received the best help and advise when ever I called up after signing up on free trial. Within a week to ten days I purchased the app and now on my 4th report. I feel in control as not having to make appointments with the inventory company to fit when they are available, I can just carry on with the report within my own time. This not saves my time but is also works out cheaper although I have to allocate my time to the reports.

Matthew was helpful, knowledgable & patient today. He provided additional information I was not aware of which is a real bonus. He made it all very easy to understand which was reassuring. The price is competitive & the app is very easy to use. I'm so relieved to be able to do this myself now as its tiring having to pay high fees for poor service historically.

I have used the inventory hive software for a few years now. The software is fantastic , it’s user friendly, accurate and includes the right amount of detail. The customer service is excellent. The team are always on hand to answer any of my questions and I can’t praise them enough. Excellent all round service, well done!

Firstly what a great team. From first enquiry onwards every member of the team has been brilliant, especially Richard. Having engaged with a number of new tech partners over the last 3 months I can honestly say Hive is the most straight forward. It does exactly what it says it does, integration is perfect, user interface is spot on and the final product is impressive for tenants and landlords to see. Cant recommend Hive enough!
