Online page crashed constantly whenever I tried to upload pictures. It became very frustrating having to start over and over again on my iPhone. As I did not have broadband at the property I had to source a mini hub and then use my laptop which again took hours for each click and upload to take effect. In total it took over 2 days to complete and then wouldn’t submit. Very disappointed in tool as I had to submit all my photos to the agent in another form as the report had many inaccuracies.

We're sorry to hear you experienced difficulties uploading images as part of our tenant feedback process. It's certainly not the standard experience for it to take hours for each image to upload, so something wasn't right there - as with a good connection it should only take seconds. Typically speaking we generate up-to 60k of these tenant approval emails each month and it's rare we experience any bad feedback like this, because the process we have pioneered is designed to make things fair and audit-trailed for tenants. Rest assured we'll be in-touch to establish some more details and we'll put right anything that's required.

As a new user, the system can look a little unwieldy, especially when you go straight in with a 8 bed HMO inventory! They do tend to rely on video helps which, if you don't know what you are looking for, aren't particularly helpful. Can also be frustrating to have to raise a support ticket for every query - so I thought. Now on to the good side - called Support and spoke with Tayler - so, so helpful, he walked me through what I needed and made it sound so simple (and it actually is!, after the online help just complicated things further), even threw in a few extra questions to him, and he dealt with those as well. Was very pleased to have spoken with him, incredibly helpful.

i find that this is the easiest inventory system that i have ever used. Everything is self explanatory and the system is almost idiot proof, just follow the prompts..! If you do have a problem or a question using the 'Help' system is excellent and if that does not answer your question or query, you can go and drop a message to support who will respond to you is a very short space of time. They may even call you back to make sure you have been able to sort out your query. Excellent service run by people who really seem to care - Thank you.

Their recent update is brilliant. Being able to connect to my Ricoh theta 360 camera within the inventory hive app makes it so easy and so much quicker. You only have to use one app instead of two.

Still in the trial phase so haven't yet completed a whole inventory, however I have used the interim report options and the time I have saved on this alone will be worth every penny of the monthly fee! The outgoing reports are professional and in depth at a click of a button. The support from the HIVE team is second to none. Well done Inventory Hive, great piece of software!

Seriously, there isn't anything out there that compares to this system. It's dirt cheap even though it's feature packed! 360 video in your inventory, digital signatures, check-in/check-out/interim inspection comparison, the lot! The team are also friendly and always happy to chat.

I cannot recommend the guys at Inventory Hive enough. Although I sold the lettings side of my business in December 2018 I would not hesitate in putting them forward to any other company who could use their services. They will always put themselves out to overcome issues with you and as a business partner they were superb

Dear Inventory Hive team, the software is amazing and works seamlessly, my team and I have been trying out the features within your platform for the past week. However, we have not conducted any on site jobs using the software. Unfortunately after testing the platform on our phones we realised that 8 photos per item would not cut it. Here in Singapore the houses are much bigger and require detailed conditions due to the nature of the market. With your current limitations we are unable to fulfil the requirements of our clients. If InventoryHive is unable to increase the number of photos per section, thé team at Meridius Inventories would not be able to use the platform.

Hi Imran, Thanks for taking the time to feedback with some detail : ) Firstly, we glad to hear you think the software is amazing - we think it is too, but there’s always work to be done. In terms of 8 photos per item (eg each door, light switch etc) we generally find that’s more than sufficient in the UK when combined with 10 ‘Room Overview’ photos and the option of adding 360 photos. Most of the deposit schemes here look for a balance of written descriptions with photos, rather than relying too heavily on photos themselves. As the founder of Inventory Hive I’m always keen to learn more about different markets and I will message you directly so we can have a chat.
