“I am so happy to have switched to HIVE from a previous platform/app. I find using HIVE to be very easy and the reports are looking much more polished than before. Customer service is also second to none, they are helpful and quick to respond to an email or answer the phone. I would definitely recommend using HIVE.”

“Inventory hive has brought us into the 21st Century! No-one likes a change, but we have embraced this change and it has made our life so much easier. When we have any issues the support team are immediately replying and that makes a massive difference - you don't have to stop what your doing and wait a reply - the reply is there almost before you have finished your question! Well done everyone at Inventory Hive for making this transition easier than we expected!”

“Mitch always provides an excellent level of customer support and technical help which really helps at such a busy time with new arrivals. Mitch certainly goes the extra mile and is super friendly and approachable to deal with and puts your concerns at ease swiftly. Inventory Hive remains a great tool for us at the Futurelets Coventry which is backed up by excellent customer service and knowledge. Highly recommend the Inventory Hive.”

“Hi Mitch has ( as always ) been a great help in assisting us this year in creating all templates and reports ahead of Induction. He always sets up the bulk reports and fires them off over arrivals weekend which allows us the time to focus on welcoming our students and issuing keys. Thanks Mitch”

“This system is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and this software is perfect for the rental side of our business i can not recommend this enough, if in doubt just go for it you will not regret this software. All staff, support backup, and demo videos are great, easy to understand, and implement. Thankyou, my inventories/inspections are a breeze.”

“Genius concept! Just simply excellent all round! So easy to use and customer service is impeccable! Inventories and property visits are a dream to do now having Hive! As a company we used to use Peach software which was simple to use but HIVE is much more detailed, the reports look so professional and so much easier to use! Thank you for making my life so much easier guys! Highly recommended!”

“I have recently started as an inventory and property coordinator working in BTR for Urbanbubble. I had no previous experience however the app, the training webinars and the training videos available on Youtube are fantastic. I work in a brand new development with all new staff who have no experience of the app however the training material available and the customer service makes using the app a breeze. I had some teething problems and contacted Alex Gooch and his customer service is brilliant, very quick in replying and nothing is ever too much a great asset to the team. I will defiantly recommend Inventory Hive.”

“I worked with Inventory hive before lockdown and had amazing training and it certainly enhanced my business. However, lockdown caused a lot of people and agents to go In house and when I had to give up in 2022, they were so supportive. I’ve recently managed to secure some more possible business and they have welcomed me back with open arms and training again. The good thing about all the staff at Inventory hive is that they care about your business as well as their own. I could not recommend them enough.”
