Still not received my order, rang you Tuesday, it’s now Sunday, very disappointed and won’t be using you again. Mother 88 and using Zimmer. Ordered these slipper socks for her Christmas, everything else I’ve ordered from other companies here within 2 or 3 days, not this order though. Had messages telling me what driver had the parcel and couldn’t deliver, then it was to be next day, then the next day, still waiting. Will you now refund the money to PayPal?

I ordered these socks as they are exactly what I was given to wear when I was recently in hospital by the nurses. Very soft but effective with the grip being on both sides. I would definitely recommend them. Very impressed with the quick delivery especially as it is the lead up to Christmas. Ordered on the Wednesday, received on Friday.

I haven't receivedy order yet!! DPD failed by not delivering Thursday (no excuse) and Friday they entered our building, came to our door but did not knock or ring. I was waiting inside the door when a non delivery note was pushed through the letter box. By the time I read it the delivery person had left?? I will now find it very difficult to arrange for my parcel to be collected, due to my disability. Unhappy customer

Most of my order was three pillows. I was after thick overstuffed pillows you get in hospitals, so thick you can prop up an arm or a leg. One of the pillows was ok-ish. The other two pillows were SO flat (maybe 1cm depth) I had to put both together in one pillowcase and still not as plump as I was wanting. The claim is they’re used in NHS. I’ve never seen thin pillows in any NHS hospital I’ve been in! I’m very happy with the pillowcases I bought though.

The website was easy to navigate and ordering my items was straightforward. My order was promptly dispatched to the carrier but unfortunately, due to problems at the carrier's local depot, I did not receive my order on the specified delivery date and it arrived a day late. However, this was not the fault of Interweave. The double-tread slipper socks are good quality and as described on the website.

Delivered quickly. The care situation has changed so I haven't had chance to try out the disposable bedding yet, but can't fault the delivery!

Bought as a gift for relative. Lightweight but great thermal quality. Kept informed on delivery date from moment order was raised. Overall, excellent service and would happily use Interweave Textiles again. Highly recommend.

I bought a Cellular blanket to gift a this XmasI, I obviously can't comment on the item other than its a nice shade of blue and seems to be excellent quality.The delivery was very prompt indeed and the communication was efficient, pleased with the company.

Disappointed! Size to fit 11-13. My husband is size 11 -fit tight!

Compared with hospital socks they were heavy, tight, toe access holes too near so toes poking out constantly and I'm sending unworn pair back!

Compression socks are designed to provide compression, and so they have to be tight to do this. The hole underneath the toe is there so the skin can be checked to ensure it is healthy. Really happy with the service from interweave textiles. Had a small problem with the order as one pair of the double tread socks only had single tread. I was sent a replacement for them straightaway. Great customer service. Thank you

Very pleased with the service and products, however postage is extortionately expensive and I wonder how it is justified? Especially when we can't rely on Royal Mail just now.
