“I have bought compatible cartridges from this company on several occasions and they have always worked - unlike those from other companies. I had a problem this time (which was my own fault) and I rang for help which was willingly given and my problem sorted. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.”

“Fantastic customer service. When I telephoned in the morning they advised that they didn’t have my particular ink cartridge in stock but that they were waiting on some coming in. They put me on the wait list. Then at lunchtime the same day I received a telephone call to say that they had received a delivery. I immediately put an order in and collected an hour later. Wow. You don’t get service like this very often.”
