“I cannot fault either the inks or the customer services department, Today I could not find what I wanted, contacted customer services, very helpful, and placed order only for what colour inks I needed, and not a multi pack including black that I did not need. Great Service will be back for more when needed. regards A.L.O.”

“Using Internet Ink for years. Compatible cartridges are excellent, no difference in ink quality compared to the manufactures cartridges, so that is a bonus. Very fast post two to three days, of course, that depends where you live. All in all a good company to deal with.”

“Needed just black ink so ordered only that. Quick delivery but the accompanying info suggested the cartridge would not work if replacing a start-up cartridge. Rang support and advised that this was generic info and my cartridge should be ok so I should install it and if it did not work properly it would be sorted out amicably. Re-assured, I installed the cartridge and it works just fine. Quality seems good too. Happy to recommend Internet-ink.”

“Recommended in the Which? magazine so thought I would give them a go as their inks were half the price of Epson's. Delivered promptly and when I came to use them my printer told me I was using a non-Epson ink but didn't stop me. (Took a minute or two to think about it though). Good quality prints, colour and black - don't notice any difference from Epson prints.”

“Cannot believe you charged me the price you did for 1 ink cartridge (Cannon MP 492) TYPE C513) £26.09. I thought this was for 2. I could have gone to another company and got 2 black and white and 1 color for £34.00. If this is your costs now i will go else where. I have been a loyal customer to you for many years.”
