“ORDER HISTORY CLEARLY SHOWS PREVIOUS ORDERS FOR COMPATIBLE INKS SO WHY ALL THIS RUBBISH WITH HAVING TO ENTER PROMO DISCOUNT CODES? I DON'T KEEP EMAILS OR INVOICES FOREVER OR WANT TO WASTE TIME TRYING TO FIND THEM. IF YOU REALLY THINK IT IS WORTH OFFERING A DISCOUNT TO REPEAT CUSTOMERS THEN YOU NEED TO PULL YOUR FINGER OUT AND APPLY IT AUTOMATICALLY. THE HP COMPATIBLES DO WORK BUT THEY TEND TO DRY OUT QUICKLY. THE PRINTER DOESN'T MAKE IT EASY TO INSTALL OR SHOW INK LEVELS ACCURATELY, WHICH IS NOT SURPRISING GIVEN THE MONEY HP LOSE ON PEOPLE BUYING COMPATIBLES.”
