“Thank you, Internet-Ink, for excellent service as usual. You obviously hold a wide range of stocks as my Epson printer is quite old and I managed to find the right cartridges after a bit of a search. Also, competitively priced and delivered by Royal Mail 22 hours after placing order. Perfect.”

Dear Mr Cook, It is really lovely to hear that you are pleased with the products and service that you have received from us. With regard to recycling, I can confirm that unfortunately we are currently unable to recycle the particular type of compatible Epson cartridges that you have purchased, therefore a recycling bag will not be included with your order, however please be assured that we are trying to produce a solution so that we are able to start recycling all cartridges. Not only are we in constant discussions with our suppliers, but we are also taking our own steps to try and resolve this so that hopefully in the (near) future we will be able to recycle all of the cartridges that we sell. In the meantime, we would advise to check with your local council and/or recycling centre who will be able to advise you further of the best way to currently recycle these items. Thank you again!
