Dear Mr Herbert, Thank you for your feedback. It's lovely to hear that you are happy with our products and speedy delivery. As for your Brother laser toner cartridge, I would advise to check the corona wire inside the drum and ensure that the blue tab has been returned to the home position, otherwise printed pages will have a vertical stripe such as the one you have described. I would just like to add that having investigated this further for you I note that the most recent order you placed for these compatible TN2000 Brother cartridges was submitted in December 2018. The reason I mention this is all of the toner cartridges that we sell are issued with a 12 month shelf life / warranty as the products can be more prone to developing faults after this time span. Therefore if checking the blue tab attached to the corona wire has not rectified the problem, it could be that the issue is related to the cartridge age.
