“Ink started ok, I can see plenty of ink in cartridge but it just wont come out on paper.”

“I have a Dell computer and printer. When I put your cartridges into the printer, it wouldn't recognoise the new ink. I eventually got it to print but it came out a slight greenish colour and is still doing so. Everytime I go to print now there is a problem.”

“I have purchased compatible laser toner cartridges for my Canon LBP5000 and they do not work satisfactorily. The machine is thrown out of calibration and can not be cured by using the utilities on the printer, i.e. re-calibration or cleaning. By switching back to genuine Canon products the problem is cured immediately. My advice would be to suffer the additional expense and buy the real thing.”

“Bought Laser Toner for Samsung Express, but it didn't last very long. I complained, but was requested to give a printout of the number of pages used. I could not find how to do this. So I have been ordering from Amazon.”

“I wrote to Internet-Ink and mentioned that the ink cartridges that i'd ordered from them several times, seemed to be running out really quickly of late. I was told that this was the norm. I now shop elsewhere as there are better quality/longer lasting cartridges for sale at the same price supplied by different businesses.”

“Changing the trading terms without notice to customers, cancelling the so called lifetime discount of 10% off of ALL orders to now only relate to compatible ink cartridges, is not a good move from a PR point of view, will alienate customers and make them consider changing their supplier.”

We have recently reviewed pricing on all Original cartridges to reduce them as much as possible, enabling us to be more competitive. Unfortunately this means that we can no longer allow a further discount on original cartridges, however, most of our original cartridges have been reduced by more than 10%. The discount code still applies to compatible cartridges.

“Looking at your web site it looked like you where selling Original inks but ended up with generics l was not very happy about this but needed the inks urgent so did not have option of sending them back Will not be using you again”

“I had trouble getting them to work in my new printer, but managed with your help, however I have not been able to get the replacements to work once the inks ran out. and as I was left without inks had to but some Epsom inks. I will be in touch”

Dear Mr Neville Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. On checking the tracking details of your order I see that the order was placed on Sunday the 3rd of April, we shipped on Monday the 4th of April by DPD who attempted to deliver on Tuesday the 5th and Wednesday the 6th of April but found no one available to accept the delivery. “It was probably my fault but I couldn't get along with your online shop. However I phoned and spoke to a lovely lady who took my order - this arrived a few days later and I was very pleased with it. It is a long time since I used the website, previously I have had no problems but on this occasion I did.”

“The cartridges did not fit, they were a fraction too large and so I cannot use them. I was ill around the time they arrived and so it was over the two week return period before I used them so could not return them. My son, who is in IT measured them and found the size was incorrect.”

“Sadly I ordered a triple pack HP 337,337,343 43-comp on 15th October 2015 and both the 337s print came out patchy. I returned one and you sent me a replacement which worked. When I came to use the second 337 recently, that too was patchy so I ordered HP 337 & 343 on the advice of the lady who served me. I expect then to arrive shortly. “Bought their own brand replacements rather than the HP ones, cartridges leaked when opened ruining the shirt II was wearing not to mention the ink loss, no money saving there!!!!!!!”
