It is disappointing to hear your order had been delayed, however upon checking the notes left on the order I note that you have been in touch with us since and that the goods have now been received. I understand that the delay was caused by the postal service which was late in delivering, however, I would just like to advise you that if you require your ink cartridges urgently in future, you can add our ‘Priority Dispatch Service’ at the check-out, this service costs just 99p, but ensures that your order jumps the queue in our dispatch department and when the order has been placed before 3pm Monday-Thursday, or 12pm Friday – your order will be shipped the same day ensuring that you receive this order as soon as possible. We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with the cartridges purchased from Internet-Ink and that you will continue using us for any future orders you may wish to place. Finally, would you be so kind as to revise your 1-star review to reflect your experience after contacting us? “Always excellent service backing up an a first class product. Today I had a problem with ordering cartridges so I gave it up for a break. A few minutes later I received a phone call to see what the problem was about. This was then sorted out for me. I thought that the phone call was really excellent service and was a prime example of brilliant customer care. WELL DONE!”

“Orders shipped very quickly and always exactly what you order. Internet Ink is the only place I can get compatible tanks for my new printer and the ink is always top notch. I have used this company for some time now and they never disappoint in either speed or quality of the inks. I tried another company and when I had my print head clog all I got was "you must have had a bad one". This is now the reason I had to buy a new printer. I won't make the same mistake again when i need inks it will be Internet Ink.”

“My printer is a twelve year old Epson DX7400. I would lke to update it but it is still going strong after all this time. After I had owned it for about five years I became annoyed at the constant increased cost of Epson original cartridges and switched to Internet Ink compatibles. Excellent quality and service. My last order on Thursday arrived Saturday. Would recommend to friends and family.”

“The cartridges were very cheaply priced, and arrived quickly but.... broke my printer. This is the second time that using cheap non-brand ink has broken a printer so, for me, never again!”

We are sorry to hear your Kodak machine has developed a fault, however, having looked into this for you, I can see that you hadn’t contacted us at the time that the issue was experienced and the reason I mention this is because we offer a 12 month warranty on all of the products that we sell therefore had you contacted us, we would have most likely been able to resolve the issues that you had experienced and if this wasn’t possible we would have found a way to resolve this to your satisfaction. With the above being said, I would still really like to rectify your previous experience therefore please could I ask if you still have the cartridges if question? Please could you also confirm the exact error that occurred at the time of use and any steps you may have taken to rectify the error.
