“I rate Internet-ink with 5 stars because of the service I had from them a couple of months ago. My printer wouldn't accept 2 new compatible cartridges. I rang Internet-ink thinking I would have to buy the Epson and everything cartridges, but a very helpful young lady talked me through what to do. When this didn't work she said she would put 2 new compatible cartridges in the post. Half an hour later she rang me back to say that she had looked at my address and as she passed my road on her way home from work she would drop them in on her way home from work, which she did. I then put the new cartridges in my printer and followed the instructions given to me earlier and everything worked perfectly. I was amazed with the service I received and have no hesitation in giving Internet-in 5 stars.”

“Good value and good service, particularly the delivery arrangements that allowed me to pick the printer up from my local service station. Only problem was that the "full" recycled cartridges supplied in place of the genuine (but nearly empty) Canon ones failed in short order. Replacements have been supplied but I haven't tried them yet having bought alternative cartridges from my normal supplier.”

“I ordered a set of compatible replacement inks for my Epson printer. They arrived very quickly ( within two days of placing the order) and they work perfectly for a fraction of the cost. Great inks, great service and help if needed.”

“The website is easy to follow. Found my new Epson printer compatible inkjets easily. The price is amazing, so I did not expect too much! They arrived quickly, and the instructions worked ok. I tried some photos, and the results were excellent. So glad I chose this company.”

“The ink is ok, its the choice I find confusing this has happened before you order one of there special mix packs of ink which is great but only got one black ink so now will have to order another 2 blacks to match up the other colours I have got. So I think next time I will order from Epson as it will work out cheaper.”
