“I have been using Internet Ink cartridges for many years and their service is excellent. Very quick delivery and their Epson compatible cartridges have never been an issue. We have a couple of printers and one specifically for photos as my wife prints off loads for our photo albums as we often give them as gifts. The colour quality is excellent and we are very pleased with the results. The prices of the compatibles are also very good and I will continue using Internet Ink in the future.”

“Internet-ink products and delivery service are GOOD. However - as far as I can recollect I have NEVER managed to get the promised 10% discount (last order No 4860579 Invoiced 16/11/2019) and I have placed several previous orders. Not Happy!!”

I am sorry to hear that you have been struggling to redeem your 10% discount code, unfortunately I am unable to apply any codes retrospectively therefore for future reference please ensure that all discounts are applied and amounts deducted prior to making payment, or if you are unable to do so, then please simply give us a call on 0800 612 0874 and we will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone making sure that the 10% discount is applied to your order. I have emailed you a confirmation of your 10% loyalty discount code and also enclosed instructions that will hopefully assist you with applying your 10% discount code correctly. On this occasion, as a goodwill gesture I will refund the amount that would have been discounted from the 10% code that is currently available on compatible ink cartridges therefore I have refunded £1.39 back on to the PayPal account that you had used to pay for the order #4860579 but please be advised that can take up to 3 – 5 working days to be processed by the bank. “Great service, did what it said and i received exactly what i wanted! Then you went a step further by phoning me to check when i had ordered twice by mistake rather than just sendng me both orders which you could legitimately have done. I'm very impressed by this because many others would have taken advantage.”

“I came to Internet-ink having read a review in Which? magazine which made me realize that it was not only OK to desert the manufacturers cartridges (HP in my case) but very sensible. There was a slight hiccup as the first I-i cartridge had a faulty chip, but support were brilliant in diagnosing the fault and replacing it without a quibble. The print quality is not any different the the HP originals. I'm not going back!”

“DPD - driver Denny drove so fast onto my drive my neighbour thought he would crash into the steps! He rang the bell I got up straight away to answer the door and before I could even reach the hall he hammered on the front door! I was cross that is no way to deliver goods. Royal Mail never behaves like that!”

Dear Mrs Masterson, Thank you very much for taking the time to report an incident with your local DPD delivery driver Denny who we entrusted to deliver your recent Internet-Ink order. Firstly, we would like to apologise for such a disappointing experience with DPD courier service. We have a number of delivery partners assisting us with delivering goods to our customers, and while we hope that all deliveries are made in a polite manner, if we hear of any cases where the expected level of service hadn't been met, we always report such happenings to DPD so that they can investigate these incidents internally and ensure that their representatives are fully aware of the level of service that is expected of them. With this in mind, please could you kindly confirm if you would be willing to provide a more detailed account of the incident that occurred on the 17th January involving your local delivery driver? While our initial report may be sufficient for DPD to start an investigation, with your permission we would like to share your contacts details with DPD in case they require further information regarding the incident. “Bought HP364XL compatible cartridges - seemed to last much longer than the original HP cartridges I was buying and a lot more cost effective. One on the cartridges however, was a bit 'leaky' and left my fingers quite stained, but this did wash off easily - a small price to pay for a superior product.”
