“Currently running my second batch of Internet-ink in my Canon Pixma. First batch was excellent. From the start with the second batch the printer was showing that the main black (580 PGBK) was empty although you can see the ink swilling round in the cartridge and it was printing fine. But today, the second day, it is messaging that cartridge "cannot be recognized". Work has ground to a halt. We wait to see if Internet-ink actually reads this review and if so, how they repond.”

Dear Mr Guess, Thank you for contacting Internet-Ink. I am sorry to hear of the issues that you have experienced in regards to a PGI-580XL black ink cartridge purchased from the order number 4858823. It sounds as though you have encountered a printer memory-related error message whereby your printer is displaying ink levels for the previously installed ink cartridge. Assuming that is the case, I am going to send you a separate email with a few tips that will hopefully get you back up and printing again as expected. However, please rest assured that if the issue does persist, we won't leave you out of pocket for the cartridge purchased. “I couldn't get my inks to work and concluded that it was because they were incompatible, and, as they had all been opened, put them aside to recycle. It was a busy time so didn't get round to contacting Internet-ink but then received an email from them inviting me to contact if I was having any problems. They were exceedingly patient and helpful and completely resolved the problem. The inks are back in and working fine. Highly recommend this company. Kim”

“I searched for alternative supplies; found internet ink, ordered a small amount. I found the response great, and even more, the Quality of the inks were as good as; no better than the original ones. The print quality was good and the costs low. I have made a repeat order to cope with the various demands of Photo printing, for the results are great. Delivery is good as well. I will stay with you.”

“I have been using Internet Ink cartridges for many years and their service is excellent. Very quick delivery and their Epson compatible cartridges have never been an issue. We have a couple of printers and one specifically for photos as my wife prints off loads for our photo albums as we often give them as gifts. The colour quality is excellent and we are very pleased with the results. The prices of the compatibles are also very good and I will continue using Internet Ink in the future.”

“Internet-ink products and delivery service are GOOD. However - as far as I can recollect I have NEVER managed to get the promised 10% discount (last order No 4860579 Invoiced 16/11/2019) and I have placed several previous orders. Not Happy!!”

I am sorry to hear that you have been struggling to redeem your 10% discount code, unfortunately I am unable to apply any codes retrospectively therefore for future reference please ensure that all discounts are applied and amounts deducted prior to making payment, or if you are unable to do so, then please simply give us a call on 0800 612 0874 and we will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone making sure that the 10% discount is applied to your order. I have emailed you a confirmation of your 10% loyalty discount code and also enclosed instructions that will hopefully assist you with applying your 10% discount code correctly. Then you went a step further by phoning me to check when i had ordered twice by mistake rather than just sendng me both orders which you could legitimately have done.
