“I've been using Internet Ink for a few years now and see no reason to look elsewhere. Their inks are every bit as good as the much more expensive ones sold by printer manufacturers (I've heard from several sources that they can sell their printers relatively cheaply because they make such huge profits from the inks).”

“I had a problem with my Epsom printer not recognizing the cartridges.I contacted internet Ink on the phone and got straight through to Kirsty. no annoying preamble and she spoke very good English which I could hear very clearly ( I am rather deaf!). She talked me through what to do and it worked perfectly, she even sent me an email so I can refer to it if I have a future problem. the cartridges arrived the day after ordering by 1st class post. Outstanding value for money and excellent service.”

“I have bought branded ink this time because I have a new printer and want to compare the branded against the compatible, but I will be buying compatible next time and fully expect them to be just as good for a fraction of the price, as they were with my last printer. “The cartidges work perfectly with my printer. They last for many pages, don't dry up or get clogged. Even when my printer indicates I should change one, it still lasts a couple of weeks before finally giving up. They cost much less than originals but seem to be the same quality results. Delivery is prompt and fits through my letter-box so I don't have to be in. Haven't needed a return or refund and don't think I ever will!”
