“I had a problem with firmware which I didn’t know had been sneakily downloaded on my printer. Internet-ink had gone to a lot of trouble previously to send me cartridges with different numbers to obliterate one problem with “incompatible” cartridges. If it was just a problem with Brother printers I would have changed manufacturers. I can’t praise I-Ink enough. Excellent service and prices.”

“I have used your company many times inmtermitently before - brilliant. But on this occasion the site was difficult (nigh on impossible!) to navigate. Took me ages to do something simple - have you been infiltrated by opponents? Bernie Taffs”

I`m sorry you have struggled with our website. We have not changed the website checkout for many years. Are your sure you were on Internet-ink.com as lots of companies do advertise using our brand name ?
