“I had a problem with my printer and was given helpful advice very promptly. Although the problem was nothing to do with Internet-Ink, I was given a free ink cartridge to compensate for the loss of ink I had suffered. When I ordered a new batch of cartridges, terms were very generous, and delivery arrived next day. Excellent service all round.”

“The company provide consumables for old printers like my Brother DCP7010 which is excellent. The printer is not heavily used and will probably last for many more years provided the consumables are available. Consumables product quality is good and the prices seem reasonable too. What moe does one need?”

“Good selection of cartridges/toners. I was a little dubious when I bought the compatible ink for my HP LaserJet, but I didn't need to me - it works perfectly! My only gripe is the lack of responsiveness of the website today; maybe Black Friday overload...”

“I have been a customer for over 10 years, and wouldn't go anywhere else. The compatible inks for my Canon have been perfect, and I normally only need to order once a year. I use about 4 reams of paper printing a year. Never had to return anything. Delivery is always within a few days, although never any rush for my orders.”
