“Emailed Internet-Ink yesterday pm regarding an apparently faulty cartridge. Received a response within the hour offering a replacement. Replacement arrived today. I fitted it and the printer worked. Wonderful service. Had a similar positive experience a few years back. Clearly, I will continue to use this company for my ink cartridges.”

“This review is about the ordering process- I have just ordered I am a member of WHICH and your company are top of which recommendations So that is why I used them. I did not notice WHICH recommendation on your website (which is slightly worrying. ) The product detail eg Epsom cartridge reference , prices ,ordering process cleat terms and conditions and payment process using phone app were excellent.. So very pleased so far . I will write another review when I receive the ink”

“I recently bought a set of ink cartridges for my Epson, within days the printer stopped printing properly, then I found that the ink had run out underneath the printer onto the carpet, what a disaster. I have been using printers for years so I am not a novice, anyway I will not be buying from Internet ink again.”
