Good Afternoon, Thank you for getting in touch. Having checked our records I can see that you have placed an order for a colour mixed pack, which contains x1 black cartridge and x3 of each colour (cyan, magenta and yellow). Therefore you have received the correct quantity and selection - however, we also have a 'twin pack' available - this would contain x2 of each colour and a total of x4 black cartridges. A lot of customers, get the 2x options confused and inadvertently order the incorrect pack. If this is the case for yourself, we would be able to exchange x1 of each colour for x3 extra black cartridges if you wish to do so. If you would like to exchange the cartridges, please simply give us a call on 0800 612 0874 and one of our very helpful advisers will be more than happy to assist you in resolving this as soon as possible.
