“My first order. I ordered a colour and b/w cartridge. One cartridge didn't work. I phoned Internet-Ink and a replacement was with me the following day and it worked fine. I think the first one was damaged in the post. I will be using them again.Great service”

“I unfortunately sent my order to my former address and thought that I had lost my ink to the new occupants. To my surprise I received an email from internet-ink asking for my new address as the parcel was returned to them. Not only this but as a good will gesture, Internet-Ink provided me with free shipping to my current address! Fantastic service, cannot fault.”

“I was a little hesitant as I had never used any inks except HP then saw the review in 'Which Magazine' and ordered some, Only recently used them as I'd not used my printer in ages, was delighted with their performance, only small complaint, the black ink leaked badly on opening! (but was still usable) I will use them again, and have told friends about them too!”
