Brilliant service, ordered yesterday 13th February received 9.15 am 14th February. Replaced used cartridges with Internet-ink products, and could not tell the difference. Thank you, very impressed.

I have used Internet Ink compatibles for many years with no complaints, but having recently changed my printer I was disappointed to see that cartridges I received on 4th February registered as empty when first installed. Ironic that within a week I received an e-mail from Internet Ink claiming that "All our compatible ink cartridges have full ink level monitoring"

Dear Mr Newberry, Thank you for taking time to leave a review regarding your Internet-Ink purchase. We are so sorry to hear that your first experience of using our remanufactured Canon ink cartridges has been so disappointing! We are eager to reassure you that we are a reputable business with a good reputation, on which we take great pride. I have looked in to your query regarding the concerns you have expressed about the remanufactured cartridges that you have received and I can confirm that the reason that the ink levels are displaying as ‘no ink’ on your printer is due to it being a previously used cartridge that has been re-filled and the suppliers being unable to reset the contacts, however if you simply close the ‘no ink’ warning message box and hold down the reset button on your printer (an upside-down triangle in a circle) for around 15-30 seconds / until your printer begins to react (until the amber light stops flashing or the printer starts to make a noise), then release the button and wait for the printer to finish the reset, it will then ignore the ink level warning and continue to print as normal. Please be advised that the low ink warning may still be displayed but the printer should now allow you to carry on printing with the cartridge as expected. The above reset instructions are always supplied with the remanufactured Canon cartridges to ensure all our customers are fully aware of the reset procedure, therefore we suspect that you may have inadvertently disposed of the informational leaflet before familiarising yourself with the reset procedure. I would just like to add that the technical update email you have received from us recently concerns all compatible ink cartridges that we supplied fully-chipped (these cartridges are made from scratch just like the HP 364 cartridges you used to purchase from us for your now defunct printer), while unfortunately ink levels on certain remanufactured (re-filled) cartridges still cannot be reset. I hope that I have been able to provide you with all of the information that you require but if we can be of any further assistance to you, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch. At Internet-Ink, we take great pride in ensuring our customer’s satisfaction and the cartridges that you had purchased are very reliable, high quality cartridges therefore it is very disappointing to hear of their intermittent performance. Having looked in to this for you, I can see that you hadn’t contacted us at the time that the issue was experienced and the reason I mention this is because we offer a 12 month warranty on all of the products that we sell therefore had you contacted us, we would have most likely been able to resolve the issues that you had experienced and if this wasn’t possible we would have found a way to resolve this to your satisfaction. With the above being said, I would still really like to rectify your previous experience therefore please could I ask if you still have the cartridges that were rejected by your printer? Please could you also confirm the exact error that occurred at the time of use and any steps you may have taken to rectify the error. I've been happy with Internet-Ink until now but with my recent deliveries I'm finding my Epson WF 2750 is increasingly not recognising the cartridges so it's proving to be an expensive option. This is my last trial

First time i've left a negative review after many years with Internet Ink. Ordered on the 31st Thursday Jan 1st class 4th Feb no sign of order, very surprised wondered what went wrong?

Dear Mr Lloyd, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. To ensure that all of our orders are dispatched fairly we always pick, pack and dispatch them in the order that they are received to us in. Having looked into your particular case, I can confirm that your order 4819797 was placed at 3.39pm on Thursday 31st January and while all orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours, unfortunately as we close early on Fridays at 2.30pm, we did not start processing your order until after the weekend as you had selected free delivery option and we had to dispatch a large number of orders that had been placed before your order was submitted . The order was shipped with our morning postal collection on Monday, therefore it should have arrived with you within the next 1-2 working days as per Royal Mail guidelines. Moving forward, to ensure that any urgent orders are dispatched the same day I would advise to select ‘99p priority dispatch’ option at the checkout or a next day courier service which is chargeable at £7.99. I note that that you have placed a new order since the negative review was left, therefore we hope that you will continue shopping with us despite a slightly delayed delivery of your previous order.
