“A good product received in excellent time. On THIS occasion only I got an 'E' for empty for the BLACK ink only but after an email I sent for any suggestions, I got the good information that the cartridge wasn't resent for full. Not a problem once I knew as all the printing was fine. When it runs out I will know what to look out for, not that it'll happen again.”
