“We went on a semi-private Downton Abbey tour, which included Highclere Castle, Bampton and Yew Tree Farm. The pick-up location was excellent for us, and the driver was very friendly, but our drop off was a different location than we were originally told it would be (when we boarded the bus to come home, they informed us that they changed the drop-off, which led us to believe that the drop-off was changed to accommodate the staff rather than the passengers). Our guide didn't join us until we arrived at Yew Tree Farm, so we felt that there was a lot of missed opportunity for questions and discussion from out-of-towners, along the way. The guide did drive back to London, and said she would cover things on the return trip, but it didn't happen. The lunch at Highclere was limited, and very crowded, causing lines to be long. I'm sure they know in advance how many people are coming, so it should have been handled better. In addition, the tables weren't cleared quickly, and there were a lot of bees flying around. We loved the small bus, but we are not sure the additional cost was worth it.”

“We used international Friends as transport from the port of Dover, following cruise, to our hotel in London. We also added a tour of Warner Bros Harry Potter Studios. Driver and staff were early and gave easy to follow instructions. Bus was not overcrowded and left port earlier than scheduled, which we appreciated. Driver was courteous and helpful with luggage. Tour was excellent and we arrived at hotel earlier than expected!”

“Van tour of Stonehenge, Bath, & Windsor. Great day. Everything went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Eleven people total in our group--so much better than a big bus tour. Our guide was great, lots of good info. We got to Stonehenge early and it was not crowded at all. We enjoyed the drives through the countryside. Bath was a lovely town. Windsor was great as well. Our time was a bit limited as we arrived shortly before closing due to traffic, however, we had time for a flying visit to the Chapel and the castle. I highly recommend International Friends.”

“We took the Stonehenge, Bathe and Windsor tour. Our driver and guide Jose was wonderful. Very professional yet fun and knowledgable. We were on time the whole trip. Loved being in a smaller group.The van was great and there was room for my mobility walker. I would go again!”

“Had an excellent tour of Bath & Cotswold with our guide David. He was very knowledge about areas visited and offered insights to other areas of the area around Southampton and London. Communication with IF was very easy as they were timely with responses to queries. One advantage to their tour is the small group composition. Was expecting a big bus tour instead had a six seater van, much nicer. Van was newish and comfortable. Would recommend and would use again if available on next trip.”
