“This was an outstanding trip! Rob and Ron were fantastic and did their best to please everyone along the way. All the locations we went to were perfect and added something unique to the trip. Of course, the horseback riding was the best part. The Tregoyd Stables had very friendly staff, and it was a great mix of beginner riding to more advanced parts. My only small complaint was the hotel. The way the booking details read, was that you and one other person would be paired together. However, I was placed with 14 other people in one room with one connecting bathroom. The food was also a bit overpriced for the quality, and I was less than thrilled with the shape of the carpet, bedding, and bathroom. Let's just say my bare feet never touched the floor, and if it had been more than one night I would have immediately switched to a single bedroom. Other than that, it was well worth the time and money and I will be booking another trip through International Friends!”

“We were met inside the airport by the diriver with our names on a sign. He took us to the ship very quickly and no problems of any kind. When we had to change the pickup time do to flight time they replied to us quickly and there were no problems.”

“The visit to Stonehenge was fabulous. We arrived early enough to beat the crowds. The trip to Bath was worthless. The Roman Baths were so oversold that you could barely move once you were inside let alone see anything. We walked in and left shortly afterward. It was crowded to the point of being dangerous. The trip to Windsor Castle wasn't worth the trouble. We arrived at 4:00 and had to leave at 5:00. It wasn't worth paying the entrance fee to see the inside of the castle. The trip would have been a better value if it had only included Stonehenge and the entrance fee to Windsor Castle, leaving the Bath portion out altogether. We were satisfied with our guide and our driver.”

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. The city of Bath is a World Heritage Site, and a particular favourite for many of the thousands of customers that we take there every year. The Roman Baths is an ancient and world class attraction and as such, does indeed attract lots of visitors; the number of visitors in the centre at any one time is, unfortunately, not something that we are able to control, but I will ensure to pass on your feedback at the end of the season to the groups team. I do apologise for your disappointment in the itinerary; our tours are planned by expert guides and when we arrive in Windsor at 3.30, we find that this is an appropriate amount of time to spend in the Castle before leaving to return to London at 5pm. “We were expecting a larger shuttle bus and others on out transfer/tour, as we had experienced on previous trips, so we were looking for the driver amongst the shuttle buses, but since it was a private tour, we found him amongst the limo drivers. Our driver was very good--helpful, courteous, and we felt very safe with his driving. We also had a private tour guide, who met us at the right spot and at the correct time. The driver and guide had coordinated the meeting very seam,essay, so we were never left wondering where to go or what to do. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a wonderful tour of the Vatican, St. Peter's and the Sistine Chapel. The driver was there to meet us after the tour and drooped us off at our hitel door, after helping with luggage, of course. All in all it was an excellent experience.”

“Our tour guide, Katie, was a true gem. Personable and extremely knowledgeable, she made the tour of Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor both fun and informative. I would book with this company again in an instant, particularly if Katie were on the mic and Paul at the wheel. A really terrific experience in every way!”

“We took a private tour to Stonehenge and Bath with our Driver/Guide Oz recently. I researched several tour companies and received price quotes from several and International Friends was priced in the middle range of estimates that I received. Our guide, Oz, was worth every penny and more! He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. Our only complaint is that he isn’t available for the tour we have booked next week! I highly recommend this tour company and they were very good about communication throughout the process. Coming from the US on a first time visit to London, it was nice to have everything prearranged before we arrived.”

“We had booked the Stratford-upon-Avon, Cotswold’s, Oxford tour. Excellent experience, fun trip. It was all very well organized and the staff extremely knowledgeable and entertaining – worth every penny! You had also time for your own. We’ve had our two kids on board and they never got bored.. Two thumps up.”

“This was a great tour, made even better by the guide & driver we had, conducting the tour. Steve admitted that this was the first time he had guided this particular tour, so we had a marvellous time, whilst he was still getting it right. However he has a great personality & it clear he love his job. Paul the driver was also excellent and assisted Steve with some aplomb & he did a great job. The tour itself was excellent and I enjoyed every aspect of it. It was a great way to end a holiday, before I made the long flight home.”
