“Jamie, our guide, has been very friendly and entertaining. She showed us all the different parts of Edinburgh as well as the highlands. Also amazing was her quick thinking when our train got cancelled, so that we still made it to London on time”

“I booked international friends on-line for transportation to Rome from the cruise terminal and a tour of the Vatican with transportation to our hotel afterwards. Communication with IF before our trip was good and I can't say enough about our wonderful and personable driver, the service he provided, the private tour of the Vatican with a lovely guide, etc. I am so glad I used International Friends instead of the cruise's service. The only glitch was the tour company gave our driver the wrong party's name for pick up at the cruise terminal. We asked another driver for help using his cell phone to call the agency. Turned out the gentleman knew the driver assigned to us and figured out what happened when we mentioned International Friends. Our driver was there all along but we had an anxious 40 minutes after our pick up time because of the local office's snafu. We did, though, book them for transportation to the airport the next day and again, were very happy with the services, staff and cost. I would not hesitate to use IF again.”

“This transfer service made it so easy to arrive to our ship sailing on time, with a wonderful stop at Stonehenge. We were not on the list of hotel pick up places they provided us, but sent a van to gather us up anyway. They took us by van to the larger bus where we met with others in our group for the trip to our ship. Would highly recommend this transfer service to others. They truly were our "International Friends”

“My daughter and I used International Friends' transfer from Southampton to Heathrow Airport area after our cruise in August 2018. It included stops in Salsbury, Windsor and Stonehenge. They delivered us to the door of our hotel!! We were thoroughly impressed with the organization and the quality of the tour and the guides. Would definitely use them again if the need arises and have recommended them on a couple of facebook cruising pages I belong to. The cost was way less expensive than the transfers offered through ***, too!”

“It's been a while (3.5 months) since our use of International Friends for the Harry Potter Warner Bros studio/Oxford tour, but we all had a great experience and would recommend the company. The bus ride was a bit dull, not sure if a Harry Potter movie could be playing on the way up and back. I remember the guide being friendly and helpful.”

My husband and I both were incredibly pleased and impressed with our tour guide, *** was knowledgeable, hilarious, timely, and one of the best highlights of our trip. ***managed to get us to Stonehenge before any other group and the absence of others made the moment even more special. *** also gave better commentary on the way out than we received on the Big Bus Tour we took later in the week. I could not be more pleased that we booked with your company. The tour and timing was excellent. The small van/bus we took was an excellent size and comfortable. “(1) Note that this feedback email went to my Junk mail box, so it is lucky that I spotted it\n(2) The tour (Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath) went well, but it is a very tight itinerary so we were fortunate to be travelling at a time when there were no queues or travel disruption\n(3) We were told by the driver guide to join the wrong queue at Windsor Castle. There was a long Groups queue which we were told to join, even though we were buying our own tickets individually. It was opening time, several groups had arrived already and they were staggering their entry. Fortunately another guide passed who said this was the group queue, so we managed to leave it and go to the entrance, where there was no queue at all for individuals. With such a tight schedule wasting 20 minutes would have had a big impact on our visit to Windsor\n(4) We were in a 7-seater vehicle, but sitting in the third row we could not hear the driver guide clearly, especially when travelling on motorways. As the only guiding is done while on the vehicle, the guide should use a microphone so that everyone can hear”
