“The delivery to my aunt in Australia only lasted 3 days. The roses started to die after 2 days. She said although it was beautiful when delivered. The roses were already on the way out when it arrived. It was handed to her & her place is air conditioned so they should have lasted longer. Last Christmas I sent a vase of flower to the same lady, I was shocked to see how small & how few flowers there were. I did write & sent a photo, but never heard back. My Aunt (Age 93) told me not to send her flowers any more as they were disappointing ☹️ In all I sent about 10 lots of flowers in 2019 via interfloral. All the rest were nice so far as I know. “Flowers delivered to the wrong house. Totally different address. Flowers were meant to be delivered on a Friday. Delivered to wrong house. The intended person was not given them until Sunday evening. Very disappointed”

“there was a lot of hassle about my flowers. They cost me 78 euros. I rang a Dublin number and got through to an English office. The girl didn't now where any county was in Ireland didn't understand that I have free delivery for one year because I paid extra money for this when ordering my last flowers. in total it took me 17 minutes to complete the order which is outrageous. The flowers that were delivered were not even nice at the end of all of this messing”
